Misty text me last night, they told them that they need to expect not getting power for up to three weeks.
We never lost it in Chouteau.. Just bad bad roads.. Still.

Wow...we've been lucky here at my place too....we went 10 days last winter...I gave up after 2 and stayed in a motel in Siloam for a week!!!!
If anyone needs anything (besides Teenwolf) feel free to let us know...maybe some of us can lend a hand with something....

We had power. Luckily we live a few blocks from a nursing home so even when it does go out it is priority to get back on. Last year were were out for about 6 hours. My parents have been out since Tuesday and last year they were out for 2 weeks. Thank goodness for generators!!!!

Thank goodness for generators!!!! I second that !! --- I don't know what we would be doing without ours !! I am hopeful that our electric will be back on soon, but have a feeling ours will be one of the last restored -- we were one of the first to go out Tues am in the middle of Springdale and don't have lines connected to the poles at the moment, sooooo Glad gas prices aren't what they were for awhile -- between the generators at 2 houses and the chain saws and the 4-wheeler for moving branches, we seem to be living at the gas station This is getting old real quick, but it's OK -- things could be soooo much worse
