Rain, mud, small crowd, who cares let's race. With race cars parked just about anywhere they could park their haulers the races Thurday night went on as schulded. The West parking lot behind the Grandstands was the parking area for mostly stock cars and a few b-mods, the pit road was were several early arriving late models pitted for their practice sessions. This would also be the night for things to get upside down as three race cars were on their lids. In the stock cars two racers tested the new pit gate entrance to see if it was any better than the old comfiguration, one went out of the track and landed upside down the other rollig several times inside the track, watch video. The third was in the a-mods at the start of the race with a former track champion involved, I don't know if it had anything to do with him eating nachoes just before the race or not. Everybody has their own little deals you know. All in all another great night of racing in the bottoms in KCK. I don't know why but the races were about 25 minutes longer Thurday night so you will want to wait till after work for this video, 1hour 7 minutes so get the lunch, supper, a drink and enjoy the Thurday night Sunflow Showdown. Don't forget the payper view on Racindirt.com. if you can't make it to the track tonight or tommorow. www.youtube.com/watch?v=60EXhp_kO_U
