Beautiful pics of the ice...don't envy anyone on the destruction...we had that last year and spent all summer cleaning it up...and it's still not done...we were even without power for a week...sorry to those who got hit by the ice this year...we've been lucky!

Well I dont have pictures downloaded yet and it is late so I wont be tonight but we have a few pictures... it was kind of rough around the Prairie Grove/Lincoln area... will be for the next few days... My electricity went out around 12:00 on Tuesday and still isnt back on, there is no water at my house either... My Aunt was without phone service until earlier today... I know there isnt one of the five trees in my parent's backyard left and the best shade tree on the place is destroyed... there were trees came down at my grandparent's car lot and unfortunately my nieghbors back further in the driveway will be without electricity for a few more days then I am probably... there is 3 of the poles on the ground... trees completely uprooted... looks like a war zone up there... but a few of us are slowly starting to get power and all in all I feel extremely lucky on Tuesday evening when the tree feel at my Grandparent's carlot my Mother's van was sitting about 20 feet away with my girls in it Thank The Lord no one was hurt and none of the cars got messed up either! I guess what it all comes down to is we are all so used to having electricity having to live without seems terrible to us but I told Mom and Dad tonight... last night at my Grandparent's place, where we have stayed the last few days keeping us warm with a small gas fireplace and the stove burners , its kind of sad the lights came back on today and when I looked at the sky tonight it wasnt near as beautiful as it was lastnight when there wasnt lights... But anyways... I seen Electric trucks today from San Angelo Texas and somewhere in Mississippi and Louisianna... so if you any of you knows anyone who works for the power companies in this area or from out of town please pass many THANKS TO THEM THEY ARE DOING A GREAT JOB even if to us it seems to be taking forever to get things back up and running!!!

We finally got our power and cable back ;D I'll upload all my pics later when i'm done playing catch-up on everything. Glad everyone is fine. Sure was beautiful, but sorry it came with such a cost. I'm just really glad that all of my family left to go back home before this hit, cuz i was tired of there being 200 people in my house lol
