Trying to gather up pics of Wendell Brewer. I've got what few are on the net. I'd sure appreciate the help or any that could be sent. THANKS!

How about posting some of those pics on DTR. There's alot of us who would like to see them as well. He was the man at CCS when I first started going to CCS back in the early seventies. He started in the back and most nights he was in the lead when it ended with Fraizer and Smith right on his tail!!!!

This isn't Wendell Brewer, but it is the first race of the 1968 season at Crawford County Speedway. The lineup is Super Modifieds. There was a total paid attendenceof 580 fans present.

Great pics!!! I grew up with Crawford and Razorback and LOVED those super modifieds! As an artist, I have done many drawings of cars from those two tracks as well as Tri-State(asphalt) and always glad when some one posts old pics from 'back in the day.' Many GREAT racing memories and yes, Wendell was the "king of the hill!" Thanks again for the pics!!!!!

You would think as much as Brewer won back then, there would be more pics available. I wonder who took the pics back then, thay may still have some of them.
